DSSS-Imphal is a charitable and non-profit making Institution governed by the governing body of ArchDiocese, Imphal. The ArchBishop is the President of DSSS-Imphal as per se. Annual governing body meeting is held to ensure the smooth functioning of DSSS.
DSSS is blessed with many well experienced and qualified office and field staff who undertake various project activities and account matters.
